I read this article on IBN Live this mornng and I found telling myself - this is Outrageous -

I am not a legal expert nor am I the moral police out against anyone but this shook me enough to speak up.
Look at this situation, here is a father who is trying to take his daughter home. OK so the daugther was born out of the wedlock, but that happened with his wife's consent who wanted bear a child but could not. Now the child is borne, mother (his wife) is no more. And we have agencies lining up to find ways to stop this from happening on legal grounds and on moral grounds. Now per the newslink the NGO is considering this a case of child trafficking.
Now whether the child was legally born or not may be a discussion for the talking heads on the TV but is anyone really worried about the child herself?
In a country where we have millions of starving under-privileged children and not enough help available to feed them, we are worried about the legal aspects on how to make it difficult for a child girl to get a decent home. Are we out of our mind?
I am in no way saying that circumvent the system though the system should perhaps change if it cannot protect a child's rights. Let this guy 'adopt' his own daughter and leave the country peacefully.
What will we achieve if prevent him from taking his daughter back with him...
another one of those countless orphans who will have to worry about her next meal assuming she survives...
